What is it like to be hypnotized?
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness that is completely natural and involves deep relaxation, focused concentration and voluntary acceptance of a suggestion, much like day dreaming or lucid dreaming.
When you are under hypnosis you still remain completely in control. You are aware of everything around you, and are in a state of perfectly relaxed focused concentration. You will feel totally safe and comfortable.
