Begin your Reiki journey. Foundations of Energy Healing

Reiki can be used personally or professionally and integrates beautifully with other healing modalities.

Reiki I is an introduction to working with universal life energy for healing, balance, and self-care. This class is for anyone who feels drawn to energy work and wants a gentle, grounded way to begin.

You don’t need prior experience, special gifts, or a particular belief system. Reiki meets you where you are.

In this class, you’ll learn how to work with energy in a way that is calm, intuitive, and respectful of the body’s natural wisdom.

In Reiki I, You Will Learn:
  • What Reiki is and how it works
  • The history and principles of Reiki
  • How to sense and direct energy
  • Hand positions for self-healing.
  • How to use Reiki for relaxation, stress reduction, and balance
  • Basic energy awareness and grounding techniques

You will receive your Reiki I attunement, opening your ability to channel Reiki energy.

Reiki II: Deepening Your Practice

Reiki II is for those who have completed Reiki I and feel ready to deepen their relationship with energy healing.
This level enhances your ability to work with Reiki intentionally and confidently, both for yourself and for others. It introduces sacred symbols that support focused healing across time, space, and emotional patterns. Reiki II is often described as the level where Reiki truly comes alive.
